One of the runners was Hopecam’s honored guest, Stefano Rocca, 8, (pictured with Hopecam Founder, Len Forkus). Stefano is a 2nd grader at Westbriar Elementary School in Vienna who has been battling leukemia since being diagnosed in February 2011. During his 10 months of initial treatment, Stefano was not able to attend school, have play dates, go to a movie, restaurant, birthday parties because of his reduced immune system.
