Samantha Weisman and Kaitlin McClymont of Reston won first place as "Best Couple" in the Pet Costume Contest at the Boo and Brew Festival at Lake Anne with their dog Bernie dressed as Little Red Riding Hood, Grandma and the Huntsman.
