Reston resident and owner of Reston Art Gallery and Studios (RAGS) Pat MacIntyre with Sterling artist George Thigpen. Thigpen won the Founder’s Choice award for his work “Simon” which is on display at the Reston Jo Ann Rose Gallery until the end of April.
