A grand opening ceremony for the Robert E. Simon, Jr. Children's Center was held on Saturday, July 18. The preschool is located at 12005 Sunrise Valley Drive in suite 120 in Reston. Holding the microphone is U.S. Congressman Gerry Connolly.
