Eugene E. Pearson and his wife First Lady Mardy volunteered at the event offering food, clothing, toiletries, services and assistance to area residents in need. Pearson is the Pastor at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Aldie and is also the current president of Region 7 of the Northern Virginia Association of Baptist Churches.
