Someone’s all smiles. That would be “Woofie” who will soon go by the name of “Wally.” This lucky mixed breed was one of several homeless dogs brought to the Chesapeake Dock Dogs exhibition at Lake Anne by the rescue group K-9 Lifesavers (www.k-9lifesdavers.org). The Lifesavers rescue many dogs, especially from high-kill shelters, and give them another chance at a new home in our area.
