Faisal Chaudry is named by Anne Delaney, Executive Director of Public Art Reston as the 1st Place winner in the Families & Kids division at Public Art Reston Chalk on the Water at Lake Anne. The family chose bright colors in a range of hues to depict three charming penguins.
