The redevelopment plans for a new Lake Anne House approved by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors on Oct. 16 ensures 240 apartments will remain affordable there for the next 30 years. The old buildings will be replaced with an eight-story, 200,000-square-foot, “H”-shaped apartment buildings.
