As owner Susann Gerstein prepares to close her shop, Small Change Consignment at Lake Anne Plaza in Reston, she stands behind its counter, with a watercolor painted and gifted to her by local artist, Dana Ann Scheurer, and an image of her in the shop taken by local photographer Charlotte Geary.
